There are many ways to get support with your FarmKeeper product, both before and after purchase.

By email
Send an email to support@farmkeeper.com. Include as much information as you can about the problem you're having, and we'll investigate and reply as quickly as possible (we aim to reply to all support emails within 24 hours). It's a good idea to also include a contact phone number in your email, in case we need to talk you through a resolution.

Self-help
There are some resources you might like to use to find out answers on your own:
  • Press F1 from inside the FarmKeeper program to open the help file
  • Refer to the printed manual (if you purchased one).
  • Download a printable version (PDF file) of the manual from our downloads page (you'll need to be registered with this website to access that download)
  • Search the website (see the Search box on the top-right of the website) to see if your question has already been answered as a FAQ.
Note that the printed manual, helpfile and PDF version of the manual all contain the same information, just formatted in different ways.

If needed, we may ask to you take part in a remote support session. This allows us to see your computer's screen remotely, and help you resolve a problem. You can download the remote support software from here.
